The Aldenz is a 662-unit serviced residence developed by EXSIM in Central Park Damansara, a 65-acre integrated township in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is a single 40-storey tower with homes of 775 to 926 sq.ft. in two and three-bedroom layouts, sitting above a colonial-inspired retail street and beside a 10-acre hillside park with a waterfall.

The Aldenz is in Central Park Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, at the meeting point of the Sprint Highway, LDP and DASH Expressway, with the Penchala Link and NKVE close by. Empire City, Damansara Specialist Hospital 2, IKEA Damansara, The Curve, IPC, The Starling Mall and 1 Utama are all a short drive away.

The Aldenz is developed by EXSIM Group, a Malaysian property development company with more than 40 completed developments across the country. Its projects focus on eco-conscious architecture and modern urban design. The Aldenz is the latest phase of EXSIM's Central Park Damansara township, after D'Vervain, D'Vine, D'Cosmos and D'Erica, which are already completed.

The Aldenz comprises 662 serviced residence units in a single 40-storey tower, served by 6+1 lifts per floor. Each unit is allocated 2 to 3 car park bays depending on layout type.

There are ten layout variants across four types. Type A is 775 sq.ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Types B, C1/C2, C3/C4 and D are all 926 sq.ft. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every type is offered in a balcony and a non-balcony version.

The balcony variants (A1, B1, C1, C3, D1) include an external balcony off the living area. The non-balcony variants (A2, B2, C2, C4, D2) convert that space into internal floor area, giving a larger enclosed living room. Both share the same stated built-up figure.

A hackable wall is a non-structural internal partition that can legally be removed during renovation without affecting the building structure. Every three-bedroom plan at The Aldenz marks these walls, so a spare bedroom can become a study, a walk-in wardrobe or an open-plan living area. Management approval and a licensed contractor are still required.

Twenty-four named zones across three levels. Ground: Play Area, Lushscape Plaza, Reflex Path, Aldenz Lounge and The Fountain Court. Podium: Flow Studio, Fitness Loft, Oasis Deck, Bubbly Bliss jacuzzi, Active Park, Sunset Retreat, Little Ripple Bay, Aldenz Oasis pool, Shade Alcove, Games Coliseum, Karaoke Vault, Kiddos Kingdom, Joyful Playground, Garden Nook and Hoop Court. Yes. There are designated pet areas at both podium and rooftop levels, including Furry Friends Park on the roof. Signage and pet waste bins will be provided at these areas.

Central Park Damansara includes a 10-acre recreational park in three zones. Hill Park has green terraces, a Lookout Pavilion, bamboo trail, Lake Pavilion, Lake Garden and an Adventure Park. Alfresco Retail Park features a preserved waterfall against an 80-metre natural rock face, a linear wetland and open-air dining. Sanctuary Park offers a boardwalk, sanctuary pond, biopond and shaded walking trails.

Both are themed retail streets within Central Park Damansara. Nanyang Alley uses colonial shophouse architecture with hanging lanterns and curated food and beverage inspired by old-world Asia. Trader's Market is a community hub for local entrepreneurs, artisanal goods and weekend bazaars. They are township amenities developed in phases.

Seven road links serve the site: the Sprint Highway, LDP, DASH Expressway, Penchala Link, NKVE, DUKE Highway and the North–South Expressway. Six rail stations serve the surrounding corridor: Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama (MRT and the LRT3 interchange), Surian, Kota Damansara, TTDI and Phileo Damansara, with Rapid KL feeder bus connections.

Each unit at The Aldenz is allocated 2 to 3 car park bays, depending on the layout type.
